TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all services, products, consultations, courses, reports, digital tools, and content provided by AstralAstrologer Inc, AstralAstrologer.com, AstralAstrologer.ca, AstralAstrologer Inc., and Astrologer Mohnish Suri (collectively referred to as “AstralAstrologer”).

By clicking “I Accept”, making a purchase, booking a consultation, or accessing any service, the customer (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of conditions of the agreement

By using any service offered by AstralAstrologer Inc, the Client:

• Confirms full acceptance of this Agreement

• Acknowledges that this is a legally binding contract

• Agrees to comply with all terms and conditions

2. Nature and Limitations of Astrological Forecasts

​

All astrological consultations, interpretations, and reports are based solely on traditional Vedic astrology. Astrology is interpretative and not an exact science.

AstralAstrologer does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of predictions

• Outcomes of consultations

• Accuracy of interpretations

• Any specific result from remedies or guidance

All services are provided strictly for educational, informational, and spiritual purposes only and do not constitute:

• Financial advice

• Legal advice

• Medical or psychological advice

Financial astrology content provided through YouTube, websites, consultations, courses, indicators, digital products, or social media is not financial advice.

All videos are for educational purposes only, AstralAstrologer or Astrologer Mohnish Suri does not:

• Provide investment or trading advice

• Provide buy/sell recommendations

• Act as a licensed adviser, broker, or portfolio manager

• Guarantee any financial results

3. Confidentiality of Client Information

​

AstralAstrologer maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, including name, birth details, email, phone number, and consultation information.

Client data will only be disclosed:

• When required by law or regulatory authority

• To deliver the service requested

No personal information is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

4. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services​

​

AstralAstrologer may decline or discontinue any service at its sole discretion. A pro-rated refund may be issued only if AstralAstrologer voluntarily chooses to terminate a service prior to delivery. AstralAstrologer may modify services or terms at any time without prior notice.

Termination of access does not affect services already delivered, completed, or accepted

5. Delivery of Reports and Consultations

​

Consultations may be delivered in person, via phone, email, Zoom, Skype, or other channels.

AstralAstrologer is not responsible for:

• Email delivery issues

• Technical errors

• Delays caused by external systems

Services are provided only after full payment is received.

6. Client Obligations & Indemnity

​

The Client agrees to:

• Keep all reports, learning material, and content confidential

• Not share, publish, or distribute any material without written permission

• Use all content responsibly and at their own risk

The Client indemnifies AstralAstrologer against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from misuse of services or information.

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Alberta, Canada.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

​

All services are offered on an “as-is” basis with no warranties of any kind.

AstralAstrologer expressly disclaims:

• Implied warranties

• Guarantees of accuracy

• Guarantees of results

• Responsibility for decisions made by the Client

No notice or communication from the Client will create liability for AstralAstrologer.

8. Predictive Astrology Course

​

All courses are for educational purposes only. AstralAstrologer does not guarantee:

• Any specific learning outcome

• Accuracy of predictive techniques

• Financial gains or trading results

• Professional or career advancement

Participation is entirely at the Client’s risk.

9. Master Options Learning Course & AI Algo Indicators

​

This section applies to the Master Options Learning Course, VIP Indicators, AI Algo Tools, Digital Trading Tools, and all similar products.

AstralAstrologer does not provide personalized trade recommendations, position sizing, entry/exit levels, or account-specific advice, whether in live sessions, recordings, or written material.

9.1 Educational Purpose Only

These products are for training and educational use only.
They do not provide trading signals or investment recommendations.

9.2 Do Your Own Due Diligence

​

The Client is fully responsible for verifying all information and performing their own research before trading or investing.

AstralAstrologer is not liable for:

• Losses

• Missed opportunities

• Trading mistakes

• Market outcomes of any kind

9.3  Refunds or Returns Policy (All Services)​

​

Due to the digital and intellectual nature of these materials:

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, returns, or chargebacks will be granted.

This is consistent with standard payment-processor guidelines for:

• Digital goods

• Online courses

• Downloadable content

• Instant-access services

By purchasing, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and non-refundable, and that disputes based on dissatisfaction, outcomes, or perceived performance are not valid grounds for refunds.

9.3 A Limitation of Claims

​

Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery.

Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the service.

9.4 No Performance Guarantees

​

AstralAstrologer does not guarantee:

• Profit

• Accuracy of predictions

• Success of any strategy

• Future market performance

All examples or illustrations are hypothetical and for training purposes only.

9. Refund Policy for Consultations and Learning Course

​

No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Perceived inaccuracy

• Personal situations

• Incorrect expectations

Payments are final once the service or booking is made.

This policy is consistent with standard payment-processor guidelines for digital goods and knowledge-based services

10. Refund Policy for buying Rudraksh, Gemstones and Performing Puja 

​

All gemstones, Rudraksha beads, talismans, puja services, and spiritual products are:

• Final sale

• Non-refundable

• Non-returnable

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Perceived quality

• Spiritual effects

• Delivery timing

• Personal preference

• Lack of desired outcome

These items are personalized, purified, and energized; therefore, all sales are final.

11. Entire Agreement​

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between AstralAstrologer Inc, Astrologer Mohnish Suri and the Client.

By booking, purchasing, or using any service, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that:

• They have read and understood this Agreement

• They agree to abide by all terms

• They understand all services are non-refundable

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

​

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

​

The Client irrevocably submits to Alberta jurisdiction and waives any objections.
